What it's all about...

This person shall remain nameless....but I just want to let you all know how proud I am to be HIS wife.

Coaching is HIS passion.

HE has given HIS heart and soul to these high school boys for 11 years.

This week, I saw the result of HIS amazing connection in action.

One of HIS players hasn't been having the season he had been looking forward to. After a tough game last week, the day this young man's Grandma died...he had a tough time getting back on track. So this last week, HE took this boy aside and had a "father/son" talk with him about how his time will come, just to be patient and keep his head up.

After a great win on Friday, where this young man had "that game" that he had been looking for...I watched as he came up and pulled HIM aside. This young man told HIM how thankful he was and how glad he was that HE was on staff.

Being able to witness such a moment, makes me re-think my stresses & frustrations of football season, being a football widow.

It's times like this, that will make impressions on young men for year's to come, that...

Couldn't make me more proud of HIM!

Wow ... what an incredible post. You're lucky to have him as your husband, but he couldn't be as successful without a supportive wife. Love you both!
