After having such a beautiful end of February and beginning of March...our Spring Break weather has been horrendous! Ah well, the kids and Grady have done lots of fun stuff!!
Sunday started off with the birthday party for one of the kids friends that was tons of fun! Monday, Grady and the kids went to the library for the first time and then some fun play time at McDonalds! Tuesday, the kiddos came to Zumba with me and were great and then laid low and watched their new movie, Toy Story. Mommy went for some girl time with the Bunco ladies and watched New Moom.
Wednesday, Grady took the kids to a fun, little free Spring Break function at a local church and the kids were able to get their faces painted, get a cupcake in the cake walk and play some games. Then that night we had some friends come over for a few drinks and some hot-tubbing, which was great!!!
Thursday, was the best day by far, of course...since it was my birthday!! The kids and Grady took me out to breakfast, which was great! Then, the kids and Grady headed up to Silver Mountain to go to the waterpark with friends. I went to Zumba (I am officially addicted!), then had a pedicure that Grady had gotten for me back in August for our anniversary. I did a little shopping and errand running as I got some work done too! It's been a busy work for me...but I'm thankful that work is keeping me busy!!
Today, Friday...Grady took the kids over to Cabela's to look around and then to Hudson's in Coeur d'Alene for a great cheeseburger and we've got a fun birthday party at Chuck E Cheese tonight for our friend, Brandon. Then after the kids go to bed, our neighbors are coming over for a night of cards...should be fun!!
Tomorrow, we have a easter egg hunt in our neighborhood & we were invited to a Bocce ball party...but with this crazy, stormy and somewhat snowy day, we'll see what happens. It should be fun either way!
It's always busy, fun times with the Emmerson clan!
