What an exciting day for fans of the New Orleans Saints and the city of New Orleans! After 43 years of football in the Bayou, the Who Dat! Nation is heading to the Superbowl for the 1st time!
Our good friend, Steve Gleason played for the Saints for 8 years and has stayed in New Orleans and stays involved with the team and the community. We were lucky enough to get to travel to New Orleans two year's ago for Steve's wedding. Experiencing Bourbon St., the amazing people, the delicious food and the devastation of Hurricane Katrina, made it for a trip to remember. I loved visiting that city and what it had become after going through such terrible times. So, what an exhilarating moment to watch the team/city that came from such ruins just years ago to such a high today.
I know who I am going to be rooting for in the Super Bowl this year!!
