I love and hate this time of year, all at once. It's a time of year that is cheery, fun and festive...beautiful decorations, Christmas songs, and yummy treats. It's stressful too. Finding time (and $$) for that matter, to do your Christmas shopping, then wondering if "they'll" like it...time to decorate, attend all the parties you're invited too...it sure adds up. On top of all that, we've got 5 family birthdays in the month of December, plus Grady's is this Thursday and starting this last weekend, we've got 4 birthday parties of friends to hit over the next few weeks. Can you tell I'm a little overwhelmed today? I know it will all work itself out...it always does. So even as much as I b*tch about how much there is to do and spend, I wouldn't change it for the world. I think just like everyone, you just wish you had a little more to give.
