Back on track

I have been needing to get back on track for a while now, but have been aboslutely unmotivated!! So today, I dropped the kids off and came home and did the Jillian Michaels workout. I started it back last Winter/Spring and really enjoyed it, but kind of fell off the wagon during our busy summer.
It felt really good! I thought I would be more out of shape, but I felt pretty decent by the end. I will be sore as sh#t tomorrow, I'm sure...but it's worth it. It means it's working.
