All over

We had a little Emmerson family tour this last weekend! Talia stayed in town with some of her best friends, so she wouldn't have to miss T-ball pictures! She had a wonderful time, going out to eat, T-ball and having a sleepover with friends!! Thanks Cajun & Angie for putting her up! We appreciate it!!
Grady and Toby made a visit down to Kennewick for the annual Ed Troxel Memorial Golf Tournament. Grady had a great time visiting with his high school buddies, playing poker and golf. Doesn't get much better than that!
I made the trek to Seattle (alone, I might add) and it was great! Friday night, my BFF Jen joined my parents and I for happy hour downtown (so yummy!) and then we hit Safeco Field for a Mariners game. It was a great game and so fun to catch up with Jen.
Saturday we laid pretty low, just did a little shopping before heading out to our family friend's wedding in Tacoma. It was a beautiful ceremony and a fun reception. Why is it that receptions are the only place someone can dance anymore? That's probably why I love them so much!
Sunday, I had a nice breakfast with the fam and hit the road. Of course, I couldn't resist stopping in North Bend at the outlets to get a few things for Toby's birthday. I also had the extra time to stop outside of Ellensburg to visit some friends I haven't seen in years. It was like old times...fun times, laughing and reminscing about the good 'ol days at JHS and T-bird games.
It was nice having some alone time, but great to be back with my fam. I missed them!! Got lots coming up over the next few weeks...stay tuned! :)
